We do not accept returns or issue refunds on digital products. If you are having issues locating or downloading your purchased digital product(s), please contact us at bff@yourstrulybff.com for support and immediate rectification.

We also do not accept returns of physical merchandise. However, if you contact us at bff@yourstrulybff.com with your order number and a summary of your concerns with photo and / or video, we can rectify your issue with either a partial or full reshipment or refund in most cases.

• When purchasing apparel, we recommend utilizing sizing charts to determine your size; we will not issue refunds in instances where you disregarded the sizing chart and ordered the wrong size. When products don't reasonably match the listed sizing specifications, we will always issue a refund.
