At this time, we offer standard (ground) shipping on all orders across the U.S. for $10 per order; this cost covers estimated packaging and shipping expenses. For orders of $75 or more, we provide standard (ground) shipping for free.

Third-party suppliers manage the production, inventory and customer order fulfillment of select products and services.

Orders ship in 3 - 5 business days on average and then take an additional 2 - 8 business days on average to arrive to their destination.​​ 

• ​Upon placing your order, you will receive confirmation that we are processing your order via the email you provide at checkout. ​Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled.

• After your order is finished processing and on the move with a carrier, you will receive an update that your order has shipped; this update will include the tracking information.​

• Due to availability and / or manufacturing delays orders may take longer to process before shipping.​

• Due to carrier delays orders may take longer to arrive to their destination after shipping.​

• We will contact you at the email you provide at checkout with any information we have on delays affecting your order. You can also contact us at bff@yourstrulybff.com with your order number for any questions on your order's processing or transit time.​​

International order shipping costs vary and account for dimensions, weight, distance, customs and fees. You can estimate your international shipping costs by entering your address at checkout. Please note,  you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control, and you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you are shipping your order and any additional costs or taxes. International orders also require additional processing and shipping times that vary by destination. Unless specifically noted, deliveries will be made within 30 days after your order is accepted and begins processing.
